The Perspective Of Ecofeminist Theory And Literary Criticism

Ecofeminism emerges under current pressure of ecological crisis and social crisis, from perspective of ecofeminism, relationship of people and nature in ecological environment and relationship of men and women in social environment has double correspondence. Global ecological crisis caused by anthropocentrism and gender discrimination caused by phallocentrism, which causes people's more and more human concern and theorical thoughts.With front development of current arts and literature and asthetics, ecofeminism has infiltrated literary criticism, and studying literature from ecofeminist dimensions has broad prospects, whose perspective is unique and original.This dissertation aims to analyze and study ecofeminism and literary criticism from dimensions of interdisciplines, and integrating of theory and literary criticism, which certainly has frontier prospects and great significances and values. This dissertation is divided into following five parts:Introduction reviews and sums up current research situation of ecofeminism and literary criticism, and then provides values and structure of this dissertation.Chapter One mainly discusses emerging and values and identity and diversification of philosophical and cultural ecofeminism, aims to analyze philosophical and cultural backgrounds and ethical values of ecofeminist literary criticism. Section One discusses emerging and values of ecofeminism, under practical pressure of ecological crisis and social crisis, ecofeminism was fist created and elaborated by a famous French female scholar Francois d'Eaubonne. Ecofeminism is products of integrating of ecology and feminism, and what's more it transcends the former two. All ecofeminism believes there have been double correspondence and multiply connections between men oppress women and human control nature, which roots from oppressive patriarchy. Section Two discusses multiply structures of ecofeminism, ecofeminisms analyze roots of double oppression of women and nature and seek solutions from philosophical, cultural, social and spiritual dimensions, which makes deep development of ecofeminism, so ecofeminisms emerge in multiply dimensional theory structure.Chapter Two systematically discusses emerging and construction of ecofeminist literary criticism. Section One completely and thoroughly analyzes causes of emerging of ecofeminist literary criticism, ecofeminist literary criticism comes into existence inevitably because of many affecting factors of inner and outer literature.
