This article argues that the nature of the Korean tide is the success of cross culture communication, Korean teleplay confronts western culture , resorting strong eastern culture. Korean government offers nice medium entironment for the development of the Korean culture industry, at the same time the article analyses the mystery about Korean teleplay conquering Chinese audience attending to "text relevance", "using and satisfying", "reticency", "cultivating analysing". Another important reason why Korean teleplay'success is perfect industrialization mechanism and successful industrialization operation.Chapter 1: The nature of the Korean tide is the success of cross culture communication, Chinese and Korean culture have much intercommunity and otherness, which makes Korean teleplay owning special charm for Chinese audience. The success of Korean teleplay in China has uniqueness, which is weak culture exchanging into strong one. Korean teleplay steers clear of national culture's weakness. The successful operating of the "double coding" strategy : internationalization agrees with localization .Chapter 2: another important reason of Korean teleplay's success is successful mechanism of the industrialization operating. The economic essence of media industry is "influence economy", but the occurring of influence mainly depends on the resource allocation and operating mode in contact tache, maintenance tache, and influence developing tache.Conclusion: the "hot broadcasting" of Korean teleplay aroses Chinese's "calm considering". From the "hot broadcasting" of Korean teleplay, Chinese should find the gap and crisis of ourself. Today, economy internationalization is expediting, world culture blending is more seriously, for TV persons, inheriting and developing national culture is our important duty. Screen is the communicator of culture and watcher of social entironment. If we hope that our national culture becomes stronger and stronger, mass media including TV have the duty.
