After the Second World War,the Asian and the Japanese,suffered the distress of the war,strongly requested to revise the Japanese Constitution thoroughly,abolish the militarism and the system of Japan despotic emperor,formulate a new constitution full of democratic peace according to the stipulations of international agreement such as"the Potsdam Proclamation".Under the background, the new Japanese Constitution aroused in 1946 at the historic moment. It was called"the peace constitution"because of taking the peace as the subject, especially"The Ninth Item",in which expressed giving up war explicitly."The Japanese Constitution"received the welcome and support of majority Japanese,but the struggle was still existed between the people who protected the constitution and revised it. The Japan right wing continuously planed vigorously to re-arms with dispatched troops to the overseas. They believed that only in this way can review the dream of "the Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere".Therefore,they tried to remove the restriction of the Ninth Item Constitution of Postwar"in any way,and had realized the breakthrough in some problems such as increasing the military expenses and dispatching troops to the overseas. Da Jiang Jian San Lang,the winner of Noble literature Prize winner,and San Mu Mu Zi,the madam of the deceased Japan former prime minister San Mu Wu Fu,initiated to establish"Confraternity of the Ninth Item",firmly opposed the Japanese government and the ruling Jimindo,who was impelling the activity of revising constitution,indicated to guard the peace constitution. This is an activity about how to know the Japanese Constitution,and enabled it to play its role in the world and surmounted the political disparagement of everybody,who should stand in the same place and appeal the movement to the society. The work of Confraternity of the Ninth Item" was to let the Japanese voters make the correct choices on whether to revive the Constitution. In Japan,the left organizations opposed to revise the Constitution such as"Confraternity of the Ninth Item"worried that the revise of constitution would encourage the Left, "Japan will be able to be the country starting the war".This article attempts to analyze the goal, the origin and the development of Japanese the Right Wing who revolves the constitution beginning with the historical background produced from"the Japanese Constitution",the content and the significance of it. On the base of this content,the article also tried to analyze the trend of revising constitution and its development,study the birth,development and influence of "Confraternity of the Ninth Item"in order to grasp the present situation of Japanese movement which protected the constitution,and inquired into the echo caused by the political struggle about Japanese Constitution.
