Federal constitution is produced on the foundation of each state constitution. Moreover state constitution has decided the spirit of federal constitution. This thesis tries hard to analyze the intrinsic relation between American state constitution and federal constitution by visual angle of multivariate culture.In early stage, America is the country that was founded on 13 colony alliances. And nature etc., purpose and time of the establishment of every colony also have great difference, thus their constitutions have obvious difference. The constitution of each state exist difference in constitution content or the way of producing, which has formed multiformity in the culture of each state constitutional government. We can see that racial and religious culture, economic atmosphere and the political culture of different area are the major reasons. They cause this phenomenon to produce by analysis. Each state convinces to unite, defends their own benefit, but does not want to give up own partial powers.
