Ethical Thinking On The Domestic Violence And That Affects To The Children

Family is a cell of society. Harmonious, peaceful family relation is not only a very important content of each family member's happy life, but also the foundation of a safe community and a harmonious society. Domestic violence is a global society social effect of pollution. No matter in the developed countries or in the developing nations, this kind of phenomenon takes its existence to a varying degree. The domestic violence only directly constitutes serious injury and threat to family members'healthy in both mind and body, moreover can also destroy the stability and peace of a family. It is opposed to the requests to the development of a harmonious society.The domestic violence means the immoral behaviors that happen within the society unit which based on the marital relationship, the blood relationship or the adoption relationship, such as beating, tying up, insulting personality, limiting personal freedom as well as the sex abuse and so on to the person's body, the psychology, and the nature. Domestic violence has a lot of characteristics such as secrecy of act, universality of phenomenon, multiplicity of method, continuation of time, seriousness of consequences etc. It has different kinds according to different standard. According to the relationship of the violence conductors and the victims, family violence can be divided into violence between spouses, violence between parents and children, and violence between other family members. The marital violence and the own child violence take the greatest part, and become the main manifestation.Based on the two main kinds of violence above, this graduation thesis emphatically focuses on discussing the influence family violence may give to the children. On the basis of having done relevance investigation and study, this article analyzes the effect that family violence may influence children's moral view formation and behavior development. Moreover, it proposes the related countermeasures which reduce the family violence effects to the children. First, strengthen the family ethics moral reconstruction; second, build the harmonious family atmosphere and reject family violence; third, reinforce the school moral education to help a child set up the correct attachment to family; fourth, strengthen morality function regulating and controlling, and keep family violence within limits; fifth, fully display the media encounter-domestic abuse function; sixth, prevent and control family violence, persist the moral adjustment and the legal control unifies.
