The national language is the crystallization of this nation that every generation creates, it reflects the spirit of this nation, the whole history of the national life, and it is the carrier of culture. The Chinese language is created by the Han and 55 minorities jointly, is the crystallization of the wisdom of all national people, it is the important carriers of the culture of Chinese nation. Therefore, Chinese language curriculum should be on duty to promote and inherit the national culture. However, the Chinese curriculum in the minority regions is far beyond the actual life of the minority students, the national culture, as well as the economic and social development needs of the region, neglects the inheritance of minority culture, thus causes the serious consequences about the low performance of students in the minority regions, and a growing number of minority students who alienate from their culture. Therefore, to meet the requirement of the national language course, based on the actual situations in minority regions, it is particularly important to develop the school-based Chinese curriculum with national characteristics .The focus of this paper is to study the development of school-based curriculum of national folk literature in Dahua County. Based on the investigation and research about the status of Chinese curriculum in the minority regions of Guangxi province, the paper analyses Chinese curriculum's advantages and disadvantages in the minority regions of Guangxi province. By interpreting the value to develop the school-based curriculum of national folk literature, the paper discusses the necessity to explore it in the minority regions. Based on this, taking Dahua County's school-based curriculum of national folk literature development for example, the paper discusses the aim to develop the literature school-based curriculum, choices and designs of the curriculum content, the teaching methods and the evaluation for it, with a willing to provide a reference framework to school-based curriculum of national folk literature in the minority regions. On the basis of the discussion about various aspects of the school-based curriculum development above, it poses some suggestion for the school-based curriculum development of national folk literature in the minority region.Through studying the explore the school-based curriculum of national folk literature in Dahua County , the author tries to seek the develop thought of Chinese school-based curriculum in minority regions, constructs a suitable framework for the Chinese school-based curriculum development in minority regions, provides ideas and modes for it, strives to promote the Chinese curriculum reform in minority regions, to prove the lever of Chinese teaching, to help minority students understand their ethnic and inherit the excellent national culture, and lets students develop a sense of identity and promote local culture development.
