Design On Index System Of Evaluation For Competitive Capacity Of Creative Industry In Haidian District

Creative industry is the carrier of urban economy and industry development, and it is the high-level part of modern service industry. Beijing planed to see creative industry as the newest point of economic developing and strategic industry according to Chinese government's stratagem, the function orientation of Beijing and the fact of creative industry in Beijing. And Haidian District owns some advantages of developing creative industry because it is the famous science, technology and culture district all over the country. Creative industry has been supported by the government of Haidian District in Beijing.But the relational measurement and evaluation index system on the competitive capacity of creative industry in Haidian is lacked. So this thesis tried to design the measurement and evaluation index system on the competitive capacity of creative industry in Haidian, which based on the research experience in native and abroad and the actual condition of creative industry in Haidian. Then by using the quantity method special on statistics, this thesis analyzed the economic developing level of creative industry in Haidian. Finally the thesis provided suggestion on the industrial policy.
