Translating Music Literature On The Basis Of Stylistic And Text Analyses

With the developing music exchange between the East and the West, more and more western music literature has been introduced into China. However, as the translation of these documents heats up, the quality of some translation descends, and theoretical study for translation of music literature lags far behind the translation practice. Aiming at these issues, this thesis attempts, through stylistic and text analysis, to discover on the epistemological aspect, some translation theory applicable to music literature.
