In 1949-1953 Workers' Unemployment And The Government's Relief Measures In Wuhan City

This paper conseders Wuhan city's unemployed workers and government's unemployment relief on 1949-1953 as the research object. Referring to newspapers and periodicals and some other materials related to it, combining the theories of the social salvation and the unemployed relief, by the systematic investigation and study of the unemployed situation in wuhan and government's relief measures, the paper discuss the relief work of the unemployed workers in wuhan city on early liberation, and hope it can enrich the understanding about it and provide references for the perfection of nowadays government's unemployment governance and the unemployment insurance system.After new China was founded, the unemployment problem is very serious, as one of the country's five major urbans unemployment, wuhan city's unemployment is very serious, for stability in society, reassuring, unemployment benefits is of without delay. On the article the Government's relief acts from the seven areas are analyzed. Establishing institutions, preparing funds, paying unemployment relief and resettling unemployed workers constitute the main content of unemployment relief for Wuhan municipal government during the period.Section Three is the last part of this thesis. It makes a general comment and in-deep consideration on the government's acts of the unemployment relief.
