At present, knowledge oriented teaching module plays a major role in education style in middle professional institute, which confuses relationships between theory and practice in professional education lessons. Theory appertaining to practice is changed to practice appertaining to theory, which results in separating knowledge and working tasks in detailed teaching method. That's why it is difficulty to train student's on-job knowledge and basic working experience, what's more, more difficulty to train professional graduates meeting with requirements from labor markets and corporations. It is clearly proposed in the latest education revolutions in Shanghai that tasks oriented education module should be taken in specific lessons, which requires working tasks guide knowledge, skills and attitude, in addition, changes the current isolated structure of these three parts, makes students learn knowledge and develop ability during accomplishing their working tasks.This thesis is aimed at practical studies in assignment oriented education module in in middle professional institute, which includes following four steps:Firstly, choosing proper contents and setting right tasks, it means the tasks should based on real status for students and can be realized, meanwhile, tasks should refer to requirements from touring industry and corporation.Secondly, analyzing tasks and managing education materials. Teachers should guide students what kind of knowledge and skills are required to finish those tasks after setting targets to build up an initial implement plan, based on which, teachers also need to analyze and re-organize the education materials.Thirdly, dividing and collaborating tasks to accomplish tasks. In the assignment oriented teaching module, tasks are open and grouped, one individual needs work with others in stead of work independently, so that in the teaching module we are studying, team working and studying are strongly asked for to summarize the result. From current view of students in professional institute, oral expression ability is a weakness. So, classes provide opportunities for students to practise and improve their oral abilities, while teachers can give efficient feedback after knowing students'learning result. In this teaching module, teachers are still organizer, guider and tutor throughout the whole teaching process although students play major role in their studying. A positive evaluation system can be in favor of inspiring students'studying interests, passion and motivation in their future study.Last but not least, multiple way of evaluating. Evaluating students working result is a critical point to carry out successful assignment oriented teaching module. It is emphasized that evaluations on professional attainment should be taken into greater consideration when evaluating the process of studying, such as service spirit and body language, and etc.In detailed implement process, some advice is mentioned below:Developing teaching material which is adapt to assignment oriented teaching module;Strengthen facilities in school to have touring real-room, for example, simulant touring guider room, touring car, train station and so on;Jointing corporation with institute to have regular practice and internship in some corporations;Evaluating teaching follows with corporations'criteria.
