From Aristotle to Saussure, and from the Bloomfield to Chomsky, there are wide divergent opinions on the origin of language and the reasons for the evolution of it. If we want to reveal the variation of the dialect and common language, analyze the reasons for the variation, and search for the development of the dialect and common language, we should not ignore the meticulous research of the dialect of the small places.EZhou and WuHan belonged to the same province and connected to each other. EZhou Dialect and WuHan Dialect, as our research objects, belong to Eastern Mandarin and Southwestern Mandarin respectively. After the meticulous investigation of EZhou Dialect and WuHan Dialect, I found that my result is different from the predecessors'. And what are the specific differences between EZhou Dialect and WuHan Dialect of their phonological features. And why one belongs to Eastern Mandarin but the other belongs to Southwestern Mandarin. Based on the scientific investigation of EZhou Dialect, I carried through the comparative Studies, which contains three aspects: Initial/Final / Tone , between EZhou Dialect and WuHan Dialect. Expect to reveal the relationship of EZhou Dialect and WuHan Dialect, and to provide some materials to the study of Chinese language.
