At the present globalization era,culture as the country's "soft power",has become a more and more important source of national cohesion and creativity and a factor of growing significance in the competition in overall national strength. The target of building a harmonious socialist society put forward by the 4th Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee,calls for the new requriements of building the culture with Chinese characteristics,that is to build a harmonious culture with Chinese characteristics.
