The Construction Of Specialized Village In Guangxi And The Development Of Rural Economy In Border Areas Since Roc Era

Specialized Village is the product of the modernization of China's rural areas,It reflects the new trend of the development of China's rural economy .To all kinds of documents and a variety of survey data as the basis,the paper,as a case of GaoMing Village in Guangxi's BinYang ,attempt to explore the reasons for the rise and fall of specialized village, and analyze the way to build a specialized village,and what are the significance for the frontier region,Etc.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part discusses the significance of the research topics and methods, as well as relevant academic overview,and points out that the meanings of"Specialized villages" and "border land".The second part describes the profile of the village from the geographical nvironment and cultural environment.It shows that the formation of the specialized villages is compatible with the surrounding environment.The third part,by examining the specialized village's agricultural resources, agricultural production efficiency and effectiveness, It gives an evaluation of the status of agriculture in the village.It turns out that the unitary-rization agriculture can only satisfy the part of self-support.Limited land resources and excessive labor,which makes the majority of labor be transferred to other industries.As the result,the specialized village's porcelain industry has become increasingly specialized.In short, these views and the views of other scholars are different,because it believes that the village is not the semi-farming.The fourth part focuses on the specialized village's porcelain industry,.Its origin, the degree of specialization ,professionalization of the social ,and economic benefits and its formation and development factors are analyzed, the results showed that its porcelain technology does not originated in the local community,but delveleps from the Guangdong migrant worker and then from those of Jiangxi.The specialized village's porcelain industry ,compared with its agriculture and ordinary rural economy,has a better social and economic benefits.and has played a positive immpact on government's revenue,the village's economic development and the professionalization of famers. The specialized village's formation and development,mainly attribute to the farmers model economic behavior, market, techonology, organizational system, the internal division of labor, government forces,etc.The fifth part analyzes the village's plight and its modern transformation of the four factors,and discusses its prospect from four aspect.The sixth part,through examining the rise and fall of the specialized village's historical experience and lessons,describes three useful enlightenment view for building specialized villages in the border areas, and its great economic significance and cultural significance on Guangxi's border land. Solving the plight of the specialized village development, and the construction of Guangxi's specialized village,relie on the upgrading of the organization,technological advances and government support,etc.To sum up, the village ,as a case,tells us that the building of Specialized Village is conducive to the development of rural economy in Guangxi's border land ,and conducive to the building of a new socialist countryside,but its development must actively play the role of non-governmental forces and government forces.
