The cohesive modifier-head construction"NDisyllabic + NDisyllabic"is used frequently in the modern Chinese, Many grammar scholars have done many researches on it from different angles, and made great achievement. But very few people attempt to distinguish the blending degree of the modifier-head construction itself. On the basis of the existing achievements, this article apply Structuralism linguistics, Rhyme syntax, Cognitive linguistics and other related theories to make further study of it.Chapter 2 is the theoretical foundation of this thesis. The author thought that the cohesive modifier-head construction"NDisyllabic + NDisyllabic"is typical conceptual blending which came from the 2+2 rhythm frame, and applied the proximity principle and semantic feature analysis to explain the blending degree of the modifier-head construction.Chapter 3 is about on basis of inspecting 2822 disyllabic typical nouns, the author classified the disyllabic nouns in the N1 and N2 position by their semantic feature, and explained the result using the suitable theory. The fact proved that being the modifier or the head of the cohesive construction will be influenced from the construction meaning , the noun itself semantic feature and the valence of the noun.Chapter 4 is the core part of this article, is distinguishing the blending degree of the cohesive modifier-head construction"NDisyllabic + NDisyllabic"into level distribution, by conceptual blending theory and the principle of combining semantics standard with the syntax standard. According to our investigation result, there are 4 levels of the blending degree of the cohesive modifier-head construction"NDisyllabic + NDisyllabic": Level A (low), Level B (the second low), Level C (the second high), Level D (high).
