In the theoretical research, this article analyses Teacher-Students Interpersonal Self-Efficacy (TSISE) from the aspect of Teacher-Students' communication, and considers that TSISE refers to the belief and encourage on the lever of whether they can manage or not before the teachers communicate with their students. The TSISE contains two dimensions: the collective teacher-students interpersonal self-efficacy (CTSISE) and the personal teacher-students interpersonal self-efficacy (PTSISE).In the first part of our demonstration researches, we design the "teacher-students interpersonal self-efficacy questionnaire"(TSISEQ) basing on opening questionnaire investigating and visiting to the interrelated persons, and then do the preparing testing of it and analyze its structure, validity and reliability. In the second part of our demonstration researches, we explore the characteristics and influencing factors of TSISE by investigating 352 teachers from eight middle-schools in Fuzhou city and Educational postgraduate who come from different middle school of Fujian province in Fujian Normal University with TSISEQ. The results of our demonstration researches show that: (1) TSISEQ contains two dimensions: the collective teacher-students interpersonal self-efficacy and the personal teacher-students interpersonal self-efficacy, and the TSISEQ is of satisfactory validity and reliability; (2) the whole TSISE is on the over-middle level, so it have to be developed and advanced; (3) CTSISE of different ages are significant different: twenty-to- thirty years old teachers' CTSISE is lower than thirty-one-to forty years old teachers'; PTSISE of different ages are significant different: twenty-to- thirty and thirty-one-to forty years old male teachers' PTSISE is better than the over-forty-year old male teachers'; To the male teachers ,the TSISE are not significant different; To the female teachers, PTSISE and TSISE of different ages are not significant different; (4) Of one-to-five teaching age teachers' TSISE are lower than the teachers who are of six-to ten teaching age ; TSISE of teachers who have the experience of being a master of different teaching age are significant different: one-to-five year group is lower than the other groups ,to the non- master teachers, their CTSISE are not significant different; to the master teachers, who possess undergraduate degree, their CTSISE of different teaching ages are significant different: one-to-five year group is lower than the other groups ; to the master teachers, who graduate from junior colleges, their CTSISE of different teaching ages are not significant different: to the non-master teachers with either undergraduate degree or junior college , their CTSISE of different teaching ages are not significant different;(5) the main effect and interaction-effect on academic credentials,subject and region of TSISE are not significant different. The countryside teachers' CTSISE is better than the city teachers'. The CTSISE of different subjects are not significant different, no matter where they come. To the teachers who possess different academic credentials and come from different region, The CTSISE of different subjects are not significant different.
