With the increasing interest in the culture market of musicals, the number of arts colleges setting specialty of musical is continuously increasing. But it is common fact that people always pay more attention to training talents with performance ability, while ignore the construction of professional technician and market talents that related to the musical arts, thus lead to the musicals talent markets'monstrous development after the"congenital malnutrition". The main reason for this phenomenon is people's vague understanding of the"comprehensive view"requirement of cultivating musical talents.Based on the analysis of the artistic characteristics of musicals, this paper showed the various requirements to the musical practitioners. With many musical works fragments and art practice cases example, artistic characteristic analysis were combined with introduction of the specialty curriculum project together in this paper, which made the pertinence of curriculum establishment much clearer, and also had certain directive meaning to the arranging practical teaching contents.Finally, six specialities and correlated curriculums (including musicals performance, playwriting, music composition, dancing director, stage design and producers etc.) were presented in this article, thus it is more systematically and intuitively to understand the significance that the musicals specialities and correlated curriculums exist in the teaching, and hope to provide some reference to the establishment and improvement of the musicals specialities in the art colleges.
