Mark Twain and his works was a topic of long-term prosperity. Originality of the writing skills and easy humor made him to reach a considerable creative realm of perfect. The sharp writing brush, as scalpels, created a deep analysis for the colored people of the inner world. Literary critic Howells called him "the Lincoln of American literature." He wrote a large number of literary works which did a bitter irony and criticism against the hypocrisy of capitalist society's moral, political corruption, insincerity of religious phenomena and so on. His works based on relaxed optimism, humor, humorous tone, exposed the drawbacks inherent in American society directly.Mark Twain opened up a very romantic one filled ironic humor of the new world of style, all of those didn't come out of thin air, but rooted in the Mississippi this particular geographical environment. This article was based on "The Adventures of Tom ? Sawyer", "Mississippi River" and "Huckleberry ? Huckleberry" and several works. As a starting point, to explore the impact which comes from the Mississippi River basin area-specific cultural, ethnic style against his creation, read the depths of the emotional world in his novel and his own vision of life rooted in his book.The full text was divided into three chapters.The first chapter was from the natural beauty of Mississippi River basin. The various types, including the natural beauty and life style, the Mississippi River Basin childhood harmony, calm and sweet life of the natural scenery, laid a deep imprint in his heart. These beauties performed an accompaniment to all Mark Twain's life. No matter where he went, the idea of what kind of work, the bottom of my heart are the subconscious of the Mississippi River can not forget that the quiet, happy, happy, free life.So the most importance point in his early works was relaxed humor. However, the memory of the Mississippi, not only freedom of the beautiful, but also could not predict the mystery of fear and desolation, which had a direct impact on experience to his creation. Tranquil paradise-like life and the hypocrisy of the "civilized" society formed a sharp contrast.The second chapter introduced strong color humor related to the unique environment of the Mississippi River basin, explored the creative style of Mark Twain. Of Mark Twain, Mississippi River Basin humorous style of life, transfused the great inspiration and motivation into his literature. His humor came from the folk tales of the Mississippi River Basin. At that time, people's lived very difficult, the cultural and recreational activities were necessitous, so sitting next to the stove, listening to others talk about the absurd story of a brighter future became a means of entertainment. Mark Twain based on the western humor tradition played an extremely exaggerated artistic imagination. This humorous thought came from the western people style of acting, and this weird and absurd way of thought made a great effective in humor perspective, played a very special role in his work. Works of Mark Twain cited a large number of original local dialect, slang and industry jargon, had a strong flavor of the times.Literature was science, people were always in a certain degree of social and natural environment, the human behavior inevitably had a profound geographical and cultural imprinting. In Mark Twain's literary creation, whether it was shaped figure, or description of the environment, all with distinct cultural characteristics of the Mississippi River basin. Through the image of Huck and Tom, he sang the praises of the period of the western United States to open up people's tenacious entrepreneurial spirit of optimism, but also a sharp satire that corruption of the bourgeoisie to deceive nobles.The third Chapter described the major changes in his emotion about the Mississippi River, revealed the Mississippi River in the unique significance of his mind. For Mark Twain, the Mississippi River was a free, happy, successful and attractive home, her mystery is worthy of conquest and risk.
