Life Sad Song Under Sufferings

Content: Yan Lianke is a moral writer in contemporary literature by his hard and compact language, revolutionary spirit betrayed in his novels. His literary faith of writing for the toiling masses, his pursuit of the sense of pain and extremity in writing make him an eccentric, also one of the most powerful writers. However Yan Lianke's novels are difficult for the readers to comprehend and conclude due to his different attitude towards"sufferings", and original narrative strategy, and writing state of eruption. We can think so; Yan Lianke's creative work is the pilgrims'progress of exploring and presenting "sufferings".There is no doubt that as an emotion in life, the"suffering"in literature is the most individualistic life experience, and is one approach to keep an eye on the realistic living environment. Suffering is a writer's cognition of society and reality, and his understanding and interpretation of human's existence and human's nature. In his novels, Yan Lianke took sufferings as the living dire straits of the sufferers, and such a kind of living suffering and the insight of survival plight caused by it made him constantly resist the traditional writing experience and narrative strategy and construct a new living landscape for human with"sufferings". He found the secular sufferings and fated sufferings existing in individual's living experience, the individual and institutional sufferings, and the human sufferings caused by the times and the society. Yan Lianke's deep exploration and expression condense his great concern about humans'existence and his enthusiasm and passion of humans'spiritual salvation. He seems to do everything in the various narrative techniques test in order to express a hopeless living situation of suffers, and complete the persistent concern and narration of"sufferings".In this paper, taking Yan Lianke's exploration of"sufferings"as a clue, the author has a grasp and interpretation of the literary narration,allegorize,aesthetic style,spiritual feature in Yan Lianke's novels. The author tries to reveal Yan Lianke's writing motivation and writing state of mind, and further locate Yan Lianke's position in literature history, and explore the writing possibility of"sufferings"in new century.
