On The Basic Characteristics Of Ai Siqi's Philosophical Thought

Ai Siqi is a well-known Marxist philosopher at home and overseas and also an outstanding operator of our party's theory. He made great contribution to the spread and development of Maxrist philosophy. To sum up the historical experience of spread and development of Marxist philosophy in China,will be helpful for us to further adhere to and promote the sinicization and popularization of Marxist philosophy in China, to advance the critical spirit of Marxist philosophy. So, to study the basic characteristics of Ai Siqi's philosophy is of great importance.Ai Siqi's philosophical thought is a very special part of Marxist philosophy in China . It mainly stemed from the philosophy of Marx and Engels, but also was influenced by Mao Zedong's philosophical thought. It has its unique basic characteristics:First, Ai Siqi popularized the Marxist philosophy. Revolution and socialist construction are the cause of millions of people;only when we mobilize the masses, we success. When Marxist philosophy become the thing of the people, when we put the philosophy into the the thing of the public , when people understand the world and transform the world by this sharp "weapon", they will be invincible. Therefore, the popularization of the philosophy is of great significance. Ai Siqi wrote "the Public Philosophy"with vivid language, fascinating examples , the form of innovative and lively style, he linked Philosophy closely and the practice. At the history of the development of Marxist philosophy, "the Public Philosophy" is the first success of this unique form of ground-breaking attempt that the basic principles of Marxist philosophy were exposed by popular method. Through this way,AiSiqi explained the truth of revolution, and guided young people onto the revolutionary road.Second, AiSiqi sinicized the basic tenets of Marxist philosophy. During the Yanan period, Ai Siqi's biggest contribution was advancing the theory of Marxist philosophy by combining it with Chinese reality.
