Marx's outlook of economic value arose when capitalism was increasing, and proletarian revolutionary movement rising; it was a reflection of the value ideal and value demand of proletarian and other exploited classes, it was the value principle of which Marx made use to expose and criticize the capitalist system and bourgeois economics, it was the guiding ideology in setting up his economic theory. The nature of Marx's outlook is of labor humanism; it bases on the time, and reflects the requirements of the time. On the basis of the outstanding theoretical achievements of the predecessors, and with the guide of world view of historical materialist and methodology, he discussed the value goal, value core, value principle and value approach of economics, shaped an unique and complete theoretical system, and took on a distinct historical progress. Researching Marx's outlook, we can see that Marx not only studied economics in a scientific attitude and scientific method, but also was of humanistic concern with human's freedom and development deeply. Marx's economic theory realized the organic unity of scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, showed the theoretical characteristics of Marx's Economics, and provided us with the theoretical elements that can be referenced and specific value orientation for us to fully implement the human-centered scientific view of development and build a socialist market economy and a harmonious society. So it has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance.
