Xinyi temple located in Shandong province Juancheng zhengying country, was constructed by pilgrims. It's builded in Ming,Qing dynasty.In the history, it had be destroyed several times, but the temple activities had never stopped. After reformed and opening up, the temple re-construction, it's became lager and lager.In the paper, the author want to display the rich resources of faith around the temple, from the country formed time and Cao family activities to discuss the history of the temple Xinyi Temple is the branch of the Taishan Faith, with the historical development, its become two yards, the faith objects became more and more, fully reflects the local worship.Lunar new year on February 15,April 11,October 25, they are the temple fairs. So many visitors come here to pray. In them, there are more and more young people come here. The managing people and organizations was composed by nearby villages:Xinyi and Xicao. The two villages just want to own the ultimate rights for if they own the rights of the temple, they would occupy a higher position in the local society.Actually, the villages competed for the resources and folk beliefs, just the local civil society on the symbolic resources and competing interests.Based on the investigation of the Xinyi temple, the author wants to study the local community, want to provide a case for regional social and civil religion, want to contributed to Chinese folk beliefs.
