The Ethics' View Of Rules Consciousness

With living in a world of so many social rules, people's rules consciousness is waking up day by day. Rules consciousness is people's self-understanding and experience regarding this kind of social behavior standards or the criterion. In modern society, the problem is not the lack of but the misunderstanding of rules consciousness.Research starts from the explanations of rule consciousness, following with the differences between rules consciousness and rules behavior, and it reveals rules consciousness derives from the existence of human nature, social production and living needs and inertia of rules behavior. However, for the weakness of human nature, emotion, and the prove of valid,rules consciousness cannot make an actual role in individual. So it is very important to make it be reasonable and equal. Actually rules consciousness makes a moral role, the individual in real life join, act and do it by himself, the moral status can be confirmed; when it be accepted and done, it will make a good example for judgments and chosen; and the aim is to achieve justice, rights, the pursuit of freedom. It is understood that the internal rules of these factors to obtain a universal value of support, to help people understand the error, to cultivate more rules conscious. It provides them the possibility and opportunity. To promote it in the external authority of the compulsory, inner sense of faith and rules of guidance in the development and improvement of practice.
