With adventing of the information society, it must inevitably bring about educational revolution. The revolution of the art course in the Primary and secondary education make new demands of art teacher about their capability.And making art normal education that bring up Primary and secondary school art teachers faced with the unprecedented and new challenges. The mission that bring up abreast of the times and research-based primary and secondary school art teachers must fall on the shoulder of art normal education. Art normal education is the important way for universal heritage of Chinese culture. Throughout the actual state of art normal education, the problem of them is we must work on in the new time. In this context, the research make a begining at investigating primary and secondary art education. Combining with the requirements of New Standard, Analyzing the problem and trend which art education faced with in primary and secondary school, referring to the course of instruction in art normal education. summarizing and reflecting on the fault and shortage in teaching activity of art normal education. And taking the example of the high school and normal art education in Baicheng city, Specific analysising the practical problems in the high school, summarizing up counter measures, hope to contribute to the development of normal art education. From the historical point of view, discussed the ancient Chinese art and modern art education overview.as well as contemporary art and the normal development of primary and secondary school art. Clarifying the development of primary and secondary school art and normal art education. The first part the profile of art education in my country.the second part primary and secondary school art. they define the direction of art courses.In the third part, analysising specific cases, according to the theoretical explanation in two part of the article, linking with the art education investigation in secondary school,Comprehensive analysis of the education link and content in normal art and, sametime, making corrective recommendations.Finally, the conclusions of this articles described reference value. Putting forward proposals to continue the study.The development of normal art education have a long and hard way, far from someone own forces to complete. Continuous development of education, the problems are emerging, as an educator, but also persistence of reflection, to make education better.
