With the arising writings concerning employed females during recent years, the article explored this phenomena on the basis of extensive reading.The writing style and the individual characteristics, especially the symbolic significance and its values of these employed females were disclosed by using various theories,such as modernism, post-modernism, femalism, idiological analysis and narratology. Under the circumstance of contemporary literary context, the thesis studied such relations that spotlighted between cities and countryside, between males and females, between tradition and modern lives from the perspective of these female group.The writers'ethical stance and civil review on the employed females were clearly seen, which had been hidden between the lines.
