Although measures such as general investigation, applying for recognition as a cultural heritage, legislation, industrialization, preservation spring up numerously, the speed of rescuing still cannot overtake the speed of dying out. A lot of problems exist in intangible cultural heritage protection. Especially most of people know little and pay little attention to the protection of intangible cultural heritage. The absence of public participation in protection process is a key problem to the spirit of living transmission. What is the effective way that not only can attract public attention, but also improve the public cognition and mobilize public participation?
