The case tells General Manager of Zhujiang Technology Co., Ltd. made great efforts to solve two difficult problems on the company抯 internal management such as organization restructuring and yearly bonus allocation. By narrating these, the case reveals many problems which exist in the company抯 organization structure, working process, job description, recruitment, performance management and salary structure, etc. GM of the company has tried some ways to these problems in the case, but those methods are almost introduced to solve problems from one side, which proved to be ineffective in the practical management.The solutions adopted in the case analysis are not explained or analysed into detail from one way, but base themselves on systematic viewpoints and methods, reorganize the company structure from strategic point of view, and eventually succeed in building up organic and uniform Human Resource Management System.
