| Knowledge economy age is coming. Enterprise innovation has already become a trend not to reverse. Accelerating foundation of enterprise innovation system is not only an important symbol by which scale competition of enterprise adapting knowledge economy age, but also a great thing relating success or failure of enterprise development. How to establish enterprise innovation system which consolidates enterprise innovation and forms enterprise core competition, has become a hotspot issue which every country and enterprise circles attend. It is content of this thesis to research into enterprise innovation system roundly and deeply.Whole thesis focuses on studying enterprise innovation systematically. After briefly introducing innovation theory and innovation system, it emphatically probes into the connotation, characteristics, structure, function, and operation mechanism of enterprise innovation system. Combining actuality of my country enterprise innovation system, it initially discusses how to establish enterprise innovation system of my country.
