Regional industry structure is an important question in the research of regional economy development. How to accelerate the evolution and optimization of regional industry structure efficiently is an important question concerning whether our national economy can develop continuously,quickly and concordantly.This article starts from the angle of the regional economy,analyzes the principles of regional structure's evolution and the handicaps.
