Private economic entity is playing a more and more active and important role in current national economic area. In the new century,with further reform to state-owned enterprises,the entry of WTO entry and the developing of west China,there are new historical opportunities to the development of private economic entity.Runde Group is a media-scale private enterprise with billion RMB capital and it owns sub-companies in diversification business. The industries that Runde have and propose to have includes coal production,building and real estate business,supermarket,e-commence and capital operation management. Currently it has no clear business strategy with low high-technique content,lack links among different sub-companies. It's important to make out exact developing strategy with full consideration and clear guideline in order to achieve continuous successful development of Runde Group.Based on theories of strategic management including core competence of the corporation and competitive advantage,the Growth-Share matrix and marketing management theories,we studied the external and internal environment and actual condition of each business,research resources owned by each sub-company. Derived form SWOT analysis for individual business,we worked out the exact developing strategy choice for each business and get the developing strategy for the whole Runde Group in near future. Organization adjustment,strategy implementation,key factors and critical issues to ensure the success of developing strategy are also identified and described.The research report can be a strategical guideline for the development of Runde Group Group in near future as well as valuable reference for other private economic entitiness in similar status.
