The Impoverished Cause In Provincial Boundary Regions In Southeast And Anti-poverty Countermeasure

It is mankind's dream to eliminate poverty for thousands of years. Poverty doesn't mean low income and living standard merely in the impoverished region, it also means social culture's lagging far behind the times completely. Today, the economy and society is developing speedily and anti- poverty has become people's common topic. At the moment, there is about 3million of population in poverty in our country, the poverty has become a "vase throat problem" which restricts our country's progress and economy's development, hence, it demands immediate attention. What's more, there are still 8 hundred million peasants in China, the impoverished people are mainly living in the countryside, on the basis of our country administrative compartment, most of the provincial boundaries are remote and old liberated area which is all facing the "long-standing " poverty problems. It has great theory and practice significance to analyze the causes and propose the countermove to "suit the medicine to the illness" when we take the provincial boundaries regions in Southeast as the cut-in point. Below the great environment to put "open up the vast west strategy" into practice, more and more concern is focused on the research on area economics and poverty problems, many specialists carry on the research and inquiry on in and have acquired some fruit. But few of them genuinely adopt the economic sociology means to research on poverty problem in the angle of area economics. This thesis tries to study the current conditions in the provincial boundaries and the causes to poverty systematically and then put forward practical and operative countermeasures to serve the anti-poverty strategy of "the big lake on mountain's being coordinated" in Fujian Province.
