A Study On Enterprises Intellectual-Drain Management

This article, mainly based on modern enterprises management concept and the author's experiences in daily management of human resources for enterprises, makes some research and analyses in controlling the issue of intellectual drain concerning with enterprises human resources management. Some management theories such as Field Theory by Lewin, Target Consistency Theory and Encouragement Theory by Maslow. Leadership Theory by Robert, Justice Theory and various of enterprises cases and survey figures are adopted to analyze the situations and influences of intellectual drain in China and abroad so as to find out its internal reasons and put forward some ideas of intellectual drain controlling principles and methods. The goal of this article is to help enterprises to deal with fiercely competitive market and conduct proper management for intellectual drain and control intellectual drain so as to meet the requirement of enterprises strategic decision and ensure the strategic success of enterprises, assisting enterprises in intellectual drain control and management as an investment so as to create an profit flow. This article consists of five parts including preface, analyses for reasons of intellectual drain, analyses for influences of intellectual drain, control of intellectual drain, conclusion and view. The article begins with a new topic of human resources management for severer intellectual drain, pointing out the fact that modern enterprises have to suit the changes of enterprises organization, the changes of knowledge economy and professional value view and also defining the importance of the control and management concerning intellectual drain. Relevant research aspects, methods and targets are pointed out and then causes and reasons for intellectual drain are analyzed, microscopically and macroscopically. For efficiently controlling intellectual drain, enterprises management level, especially enterprises human resources management level promotion is really important and intellectual drain control is an important joint of human resources management. The article puts forward the following specific control methods and strategies: human resources planning, occupation planning, efficient recruitment, systematic training strategy, profession career planning, proper salary system, leadership and encouragement, special enterprises culture and after-management of intellectual drain. Negative influences on the society, enterprises and the intellectual-drain individuals are analyzed by the intellectual drain. In addition, the issue of controlling intellectual drain is to be studied, puttingforward the principles, methods and strategy of controlling intellectual drain(human being first, managed based on relative laws). At length, in chapter 6, "conclusion and view" is given as: the goal of intellectual-drain management is to minimize such drain with negative influences. Intellectual reasonable flow is a must and therefore, enterprises should control disadvantageous intellectual drain and try to keep useful intellectual for development of enterprises. Some shortcomings and minor defects are expecting for comments.
