The communist Party of China is a party which has a history of 80 years and which has been in power for over 50 years, so it has rich experience of governance. The party has gone through the trial of the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the drastic change of Eastern Europe, and attained tremendous achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. All this is the result of the Party being good at governing and constantly summing up its experience of governance. Therefore, taking Party governance as the object of study, can make us more deeply understand its experience of governance and reveal its Governance Law and further enrich and develop Marxism. It will also help the Party to govern the state better under the new historical condition, in order to achieve the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and to create a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics, which were come up with by the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, so studying the governance law of the Party will be of monumental theoretical significance and current significance. This thesis first delimits the concept of governance and governance law, then more thoroughly reveals the essence of the Party's governance and its governance law. On the basis of this, the thesis more fully analyses the necessity of studying the Party's governance law, and researches into the course of the Party exploring its governance law. From this, this thesis reveals the whole governance law system of the CPC, which has taken "Three Represents" as its basis governance law.
