Research On The Developing Tactics Of Non-State-run Enterprise In Guangdong Province

The research on the development of Non-State-run Enterprise has been the hot topic in the field of theory in recent years, so this thesis focuses on the developing tactics for Non-State-run Enterprise. Firstly, this thesis makes clear the concept of Non-State-run Enterprise, and discusses the present actuality of Non-State-run Enterprise in Guangdong province. And then, makes further discussion of the existing problems and reasons of Non-State-run Enterprise in Guangdong province, and finds out four existed problems including lack of brand consciousness, lower quality, absence of legal concept and difficulties in financing. The reason of all these problems lies in both interior and exterior to enterprise. Thirdly, analyzes the developing environment, and sums up the opportunities, threatens, strengths, weakness with which Non-State-run Enterprise in Guangdong province are confronted. At the last part of this thesis, based on the discussion hereinbefore, proposes some suggestions for Non-State-run Enterprise in Guangdong province to make satisfactory development through seeking for much impetus from both interior and exterior source.
