China's Unemployment Present Situation And Countermeasures Analysis

The unemployment problem is causing more and more concern in the world. Nowadays, the unemployment is increasing in developed countries and in developing countries the situation is not optimistic too. The thesis tries to analyze the reasons and effects caused by more and more serious unemployment in China by discussing the theories and structure of unemployment, and then the thesis presents the relevant countermeasures suggestions suited to the situation of our country.There are four parts in this thesis, that is:Part One (Conception): Introducing the meaning and type of unemployment as well as introducing theory and policy on unemployment in Marxism and Macroeconomic. The aim for this part is to give a theory outline, which has important reference value to understand and resolve the more and more serious unemployment in ChinaPart Two (The Present Situation): By weighing from four statistical caliber, this part discloses the more and more serious unemployment problem in China and shows the economic and social effects caused by the increasing unemploymentPart Three (Origin Analysis): Discussing the unemployment in China caused by serious dual economy, the deepening of system innovation and the unbalance between labor supply and demand. In general, the dual economy determines the existence of potential oversupplied labor; the deepening of system innovation determines the emergence of labor surplus; and the unbalance between labor supply and demand is the origin of the serious unemployment phenomenon in China.Part Four (Countermeasures and Suggestions): Present a series of countermeasures and suggestions to solve the unemployment in China which include the followings: Deepening the innovation of social insurance system and enhancing multiple social insurance system; Accelerating the process of urbanism; Paying more attention to the adjustment of fiscal and tax policy to unemployment; Alleviating the labor supply and strengthening the labor allotment in market; Adjusting the industrial structure, trying best to promote the development of service industry; Implementing the strategy of exploring The West; Boosting the development of middle-sized enterprises; Supporting the community employment. Generally speaking, with the dual promotion of innovation and development as well as great endeavor, employment situation will get better gradually.
