A Study On Social Security Of Vulnerable Group In Urban

Vulnerable Group in urban area in the context mostly includes laid-off and unemployed persons in urban area who maintain their lives depending on drawing alms for the unemployed, basic living security for the laid-off or minimum living safeguard for persons living in urban area. Social-conflicts will be aggravated, and social stability will be affected to great extent without the changes of such condition. Therefore, it has great theoretic and practical means of researching on issues of social security for the laid-off and unemployed who are emerging vulnerable group.The reasons of formation of urban vulnerable group are analyzed from the perspective of economic theory in the thesis, and the study on present conditions is conducted. Development and present condition of social security for urban vulnerable group in China are reviewed, and existing problems and flaws are pointed out.Then, research is conducted from the perspectives of social salvation and social insurance for urban vulnerable group, principle and content of social salvation and social insurance countermeasures for urban vulnerable group are brought forward, and initial study on commercial insurance for vulnerable group is carried out.At last, impacts of China's entry into WTO, on China social security system is analyzed, and suggestions of countermeasures for perfecting China social security systems step by step in general, including legislation of social s security etc...
