The problem of Social Vulnerable Group is becoming our country's prominent problem. The idea of human right and the idea of harmony provide us theory basis to protect Social Vulnerable Group, taking these ideas as instruction should strengthen the national responsibility to protect Social Vulnerable Group. The law must through the confirmation of fair and the equal principle eradicates the soil of the idea and system of discrimination to the human, has to establish the perfect law protection system of Social Vulnerable Group and make them integrate in the society completely and realize their own value.
