Study On The Countermeasures Of Asymmeetric Information In Project Management

In this paper ,the countermeasures of asymmeetric information in engineering project management is studied .Based on applying Game Theory , project bid invitation mechanism-designing is studied in this paper ,and a same model between owner and contractor in the course of bidding and inviting for bidding iscounstructed .Then the principle of winning the bid in the lowest price and the function of surety mechanismof project are analysed .Finally ,bid invitation mechanism in combination of winnins the bid in the lowest price and surety mechnism of project is put forward ,in order to solve adverse selection problem in the coutse of inviting for bidding .Based on applying pricipal-agent theory,an incentive model between owner and contractor is constructed in mathematics,and an monitoring modelbetween owner and contractor is constructed in mathematics based on applying Game Theory.Then the owner's best mechanism desisning of incentive and monitor is studied and analysed.Finally ,some measures are put foreward to solve 'moral hazard'problem in constructionIn the view of cooperation same and the improvement and innovation of project management organization model,the countermeasures to reduce asymmeetric information in engineering project management is studied ,and somemeasures such as project culture construction information construction and partnering management are put forward .Finally ,this poaper validate and analyse the theory research by demonstration analysis method ,which is done through a questionnaire inquisituin.
