| Recently, shipping market is more and more promising with national economy developing fast. Therefore, shipping enterprise professionals are high-qualified demanding and original talents system has not satisfied the requirements of shipping development. After analyzing structure of professional system, we summarize the characteristics of talent building. More important, on one hand we forecast the demands for shipping enterprise professionals till 2010. On the other hand, we also discuss the cultivating system for shipping talents. In a word, we give some advice for solving the problems of shipping enterprise professionals building system at present theoretically and mathematically. We hope our work can make sense to the shipping economy development in the future.
