The Analysis Of Medical Security System Reform For Workers In Urban Areas In China On The Perspective Of Social Policy--A Case Study On Zhenjiang City Of Jiangsu Province

The reform of the medical security system is a focal issue concerned about by different countries' governments in the world, and it's also a forward issue in the study of social security theory now. Furthermore, during the course of constructing the basis framework of the social security system that will suit the system of socialist market economy in China, the theoretical explore and practical analyze will be of great significant. This thesis, on the perspective of social policy, in the case of Zhenjiang City of Jiangsu Province, makes a preliminary research on the reform of medical security system for workers in urban areas in China. Especially, on the basis of introducing and analyzing the evolution of modern western countries' social policy and the transition of Chinese social policy, this thesis gives emphasis on analyzing the background of the reform of medical security system for workers in urban areas in China, the related groups' view of value during the reform, the key design of the reform, the advance and the existing problems of the reform. On such basis, this thesis puts forward the view of value that should be embodied, the basic principle and the trends of the reform of medical security system for workers in urban areas in China in the future.
