The Study Of Development Strategy Of Jinghai Electric Power Ltd., Tianjin

To research and work out a right development strategy for an enterprise is to meet its need to develope in a dynamic and planned way. The scientific development strategy can conduct the enterprise to organize the management activities according to the external circumstances and internal factors and promote the rational allocation of the resources, which contribute to the enhancement of the competitive ability of the enterprise and help to make the enterprise more competitive. In the process of the development of modern market economy, it is an important problem concerning the rise and fall of an enterprise whether there is a right development strategy brought out. The research object of this paper is Jinghai Electric Power Ltd., Tianjin. Firstly, this paper presents the basic existing conditions, the existent problems and the opportunities for future development in Jinghai Electric Power Ltd., Tianjin. And then, it finds out the opportunities that are beneficial to the company and ravels out the avoidable difficulties that bring threat to the company by analyzing the external circumstances from the aspects of politics and law, society and environment, economy, technology and competition. Whereafter, it analyzes the internal factors within the company in details. Hereby, the advantages and disadvantages existent in the company are quite clear. On the following, it tends to balance and appraise the chances, threats, advantages and disadvantages existent in the internal and external key factors applying the matrix of EFE, IFE,CPM and SWOT, put forward the feasible strategic program for future development, and choose the suitable development strategy by applying QSPM method. In the meantime, both the short-term and long-term strategic objectives are brought out here. At last, this paper expounds how to implement the development strategy from the aspects of business administration, marketing management, enterprise culture and diversified industrial development.
