Following the economic information, globalization and China's entry to WTO, companies in our country are facing freshly new international and domestic environment, which is changing day after day. Under the great pressure of competition and possessing their advantages and disadvantages, the companies are confronted with opportunities and also the challenges at meantime. So for their survival and development, it is especially important to establish development strategies that are adapted to the business environment. Founded in 1995, Tianjin Le Shi is an advanced high-tech corporation. In its initial stages, the corporation developed at a rather fast speed, which generated a stable development of its scale and strength. However, following the growth of corporation and the changes of internal and external environment, how to realize a second jump and further development for the corporation become an urgent issue to consider. Therefore, utilizing strategic theory and referencing internal and external environment, to make the long term objective and development strategies, are an indispensable tendency. This article makes a deep research on the establishment of Le Shi Corporation's development strategies.This article first introduces the general information of the company and the basic theory of corporation strategic management. Then it makes a systematic and complete comparison and analysis on the external environment that the company faces, such as globalization & WTO, politics & laws, economics, social culture, technology, industry tendency and competition, etc. At the same time, it also makes a deep and detailed analysis on the company's internal environment, such as organization structure, quality, energy, resources, products& marketing, etc. Therefore, it makes clear the external opportunity and threat that the company faces, as well as the internal advantages and disadvantages it possesses. On this basis, the article utilizes AHP method to set up corporation External Factors Evaluation Matrix (EFE Matrix) and Internal Factors Evaluation Matrix (IFE Matrix), and performs a specific evaluation on those factors. Thereafter, the article makes an optional proposal for development strategy by utilizing SWOT analysis, and then analyzes and evaluates the proposal by Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to finally determine the most attractive development strategy for Le Shi Corporation. Based on the above systematic study, this article proposes strategic focuses and specific implementation measures for Le Shi Corporation: adjust its organization structure and establish modern corporation management system; strengthen human resource management and ensure effective communication; form good corporate culture, and enforce differentiation and brand development strategy; make proper marketing strategy and policy, and strengthen innovation and promotion; enforce the construction of information system, and perfect corporate supply chain; expand products export, and adopt multi-business policy. All these measures will take an active and directive function for Le Shi Corporation's further development.
