The Study Of Several Policy Questions Of Ecological Environmental Protection In The Small Town

Should realize sustainable development of the small town, the protection of the ecological environment has very important meanings, and the ecological environment problem that the great development of the small town brought has been already very serious at the present stage. Whether could deal with this problem aptly is influencing the urbanization process of our country to a certain extent .This text tries to seek to dredge the ecological environment problem produced in the evolution of the small town in way from environmental policy angle. The article has defined the concept of the small town at first, then has carried on systematic analysis of deepenning to the current situation of ecological environmental protection of the small town of our country, drawing the question on several policies existing in ecological environmental protection of the small town of our country of the present stage, mainly including the problem of management of ecological environmental protection of the small town, the problem of economic of ecological environmental protection of the small town, the technological problem and the problem of social concern of ecological environmental protection of the small town. The article then puts forward the corresponding ecological environment protective policy of the small town to these questions, mainly including the plan of ecological environmental protection of the small town, economic policy of ecological environmental protection of the small town, technical policy of ecological environmental protection of the small town and social policy of ecological environmental protection of the small town. The end of the article have probed into the implementation mechanism of setting up the ecological environment protective policy of the small town, on the basis of using ecological environmental protection experience of the small town of developed country abroad for reference. It includes strengthening government's function mechanism of ecological environmental protection of the small town mainly, setting up environmental protection department's participation mechanism in the comprehensive decision-making and the pluralisticinvestment system of ecological environmental protection of the small town, perfecting masses of participate system and the system of training and education. We hope that can implement above-mentioned ecological environment protective policies of the small town in order to set up these mechanisms effectively, and can really promote the ecological environmental protection work of the small town, guarantee the sustainable development space of the small town of our country.
