The Regional Planning And Constructional Model Of Ecological Town In Impoverished Mountain County

Focused on regional planning of ecological town, the basic regional arrangement principle and general method were established in impoverished mountain county. After ecological situation, environmental character and confinement factor in Longhui county were analyzed, the regional planning of its ecological town was worked out scientifically and reasonably by guiding with ecological economics principle and using theories and methods of multiple subjects such as ecology, landscape ecology, statistics, system engineering, environmental science and economics. The measures of ecological construction were also taken to its main construction and planning in town. The results are as following:1. Regional planning was a hot topic in research at present, and the ecological town was an inevitable direction of the town development in China. The research of town should not be only focused on the region which have been built. Moreover, we should consider the content included the ecological position which it live in the system, the ecological benefit and the ecological effect from the higher and its area.2. The development of small town system was a direction which could solve the problems that China was faced presently. The construction of small town had a very effect on the local economical development and the transformation of margin labor in country.3. According to the organizational county theory, Longhui county should apply the theory and ideas of developing whole region, centralizing relatively and combining tradition and modern together to practice, which depended on agriculture, industry, trade and developed to promote development of agriculture and trade. "One center, one axle and two girdles" county pattern was composed in Taohong town as the center and emphases.4. According to central gravitation mode and scale principle, 4-grade structure system of market town would be formed as the urban system as a center city namely county town, 3 emphases towns namely Liudouzhai town, Jinshiqiao town, Tantou town, 6 general towns and 5 concentrated towns in Longhui county.5. County system of many complex functions should be focused on the type of synthetic, industry-transportation, industry-trade, business-trade, agriculture-trade in all kinds of Longhui counties respectively.
