Research On The Informalisation Planning Of Tobacco Industry Enterprises

With the coming of the 21st century, informalisation has been a tendency in the globe, human beings has started a fire-new age—Information Economic Age (IEA). The global informalisation has impacted on enterprise' traditional management conception and management model deeply, it is enterprise informalisation level which became a crucial symbol of a country, region or enterprises' general strength in new IEA. Informalisation planning which acts as the basic pointer of informalisation construction has a significant function in informalisation and it had attracted abroad and domestic enterprises attention deeply.Unfortunately, there is short of effective and scientific planning technology and method to implement enterprise informalisation planning now, which hampers the informalisation development and the informalisation effect. The major aim of this paper including: constructing a new informalisation planning technology and method which adapts to tobacco industry, planning the information system and information resource of tobacco industry by application case, at last, analyzing the informalisation application risk of tobacco industry and then presenting the guarantee measure of informalisation, hoping to instruct the tobacco industry's informalisation construction effectively.Based on the two programs, which is "The informalisation long and metaphase development planning of "ChongQing tobacco industry limited liability Co." and "The informalisation planning of ChongQing tobacco industry Co.", this paper's main works includes as follows:Firstly, based on the analysis of informalisation status of tobacco industry, this paper presents the characteristics of tobacco industry informalisation and the main problems existing in it, and exposes the essence of informalisation and informalisation planning. Secondly, this paper researches on the technology and method of informalisation planning. Based on the analysis of the common problems existing in informalisation planning, the paper presents the primary principles in informalisation planning and the different strategy and method in different planning stage. Moreover, it discusses the technology method of information resource planning, such as requirement analysis, systematical modeling, etc, and presents the main method and basic steps in the formulation of informalisation planning.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the requirement of tobacco industry informalisation from different directions that include the choke point of industry informalisation, function requirement, capability requirement, information requirement and limited condition. Based on above-described researches, the paper presents the wholly construction, function model and running method of information system, and designs the subsystem and the interface of them primarily. Aiming at information resource planning of tobacco industry, the paper also presents the whole construction of information resource in management system, and puts forward the integrated principle, planning request and content of the industry information resource.Lastly, the paper researches on the informalisation risk of tobacco industry in technology, management, operation and running directions, and presents solution measure for different risks. In order to put the tobacco industry information in practice successfully, the paper also puts forward systematical guarantee measures.
