In this thesis, TongJi Environment & Equipment Engineering Company is taken as an example, under the instruction of the theories of managing strategy, product strategy. At first, through the methodology of PEST, Five Competences Model, this paper analyses and evaluates the macroscopic environment and competition status of water processing facility product, analyses and evaluates the exterior environment; through the methodology of key success factor (KSF), it concludes the concrete KSFs of water processing facility product Secondly, through core competence embodied with defined key success factor and main success factor, this paper analyses and evaluates the internal environment through the factors of the managing status, operation cell and internal resources. At last, SWOT model is constructed in order to probe into the product developing strategy. Through qualitative analysis and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) analysis, this paper concludes that market development strategy and suggests some measures as to the implementation of strategy effectively, which will build the foundation for development of the enterprise in future.
