Since the reform and opening, private enterprise has gained great development. It has deeply affected the development of the national economy and has been the important part of the marketing economy in our country. Now, the private enterprise is in its secondary achievement, the join of WTO and the coming of knowledge economy and the indication ofthe 16th National congress of the CPC--developing diverse economicforms of non-public ownership and promoting the rapid growth of private enterprises and achieving the"Xiao Kang"(comparatively well-off)society make the private enterprise have larger space to perform, also bring more furious competition. Today, the competition between enterprises can be sum up as the competition between human resources. So, the private enterprise needs to setup its own core power to succeed in its secondary achievement. Core Power is based on the human resource. The private enterprise needs human resources to compete with other enterprises in competitive market.With contrast to the age's hot demand is the unsatisfactory fact of our private enterprise. The human resource management of private enterprises in our country remains at a low level, resulting from a series of special factors about systems and environments in our country. Therefore, it is a subject of both theoretical significance and practical instruction to study thoroughly and deeply the human resource management of private enterprises in our country and establishes the policy system and the new-type mechanism, which are useful to promote the human resource management of private enterprises.Based on this, applying some management theories and means, firstly, this paper analyzes the background and the process of the development of the private enterprise, and points out that the private enterprise need to prefect the system of human resource management. Then the paper deeply examines the current state of the human resource management of private enterprises in our country, finds and analyzes the problems, and makes a case study of the human resource management of Z corporation. Finally,the paper makes a series of such policy suggestions as to establish human-oriented management concepts, effective motivation systems, and enterprise culture and appraisal systems to adjust effectively the human resource of private enterprises, optimize the environment of human resource management, and thus promote the healthy development of private enterprises in our country.
