The Research Of Financial Issues In Diversification Of Corporation A

Diversification is the relative business strategy of focus. Once a corporation carried on diversification strategies, it should recombine its resources, including redefining and readjusting its financial resources. Between diversification and focus strategy, there is no way to tell which is better. In resent years diversification strategies cost many corporations a lot of money. Some of them were defeated for their incomplete and disordered financial management.In this thesis, diversification strategies and core-competence theories are used to study the diversification of Corporation A past to present, to get the conclusion that the most important factor to carrying on a sustainable development business is whether the corporation has core-competence or not. The diversification of Corporation A should be moderate diversification and correlative diversification which should be reposed on core-competence. Through my researching of the status of the corporation's diversification, I found many financial issues of it. These issues hold back the development of the group's diversification, and the promotion of the core-competence.In this thesis, I studied the financial status and issues of Corporation A. With the relative theories of financial management, financial operation and investment management, I advanced the relative financial countermeasure in corporation's diversification strategies, in order to make the resource of the group consolidated and the organizational structure synergy, to help the group and its members realize their goals as much as they can, to ensure the whole corporation strengthen its competitive advantage at last.
