With the market competition aggravated, all enterprises must raise staff's talent. The training is playing an important role in raising staff's talent, cultivating and strengthening enterprise's competition ability and ensure organization sustainable development.As is known to all, the hotel competition in the final analysis is the talent competition. In other words, it is hotel training competition. In addition, in pace with the hotel competition aggravated, the operating benefit rise slow down, so it leads to staff salary be at a standstill and staff floating rise. To avoid the human resource crisis, the hotel must develop available human resource; in other words, it must carry out the scientific and high-efficiency training work to staff. In order to have scientific and systematic training working, we must establish a high-efficiency and perfect training system.This paper is object to NanJiao Hotel of XUZHOU, by introducing and analyzing training theory and related theory, it analyzed the hotel current training system and exists problems and pointed out the necessity and feasibility of establishing a scientific and perfect training system. And it researched and designed a suitable training system model for NanJiao Hotel, by using the experiences of foreign capital enterprises training work. For establishing a perfect training system, we must establish a independent, high-efficiency training organization, and defined training demand, draw up a scientific plan for training, enforced the practical of training work, evaluated and feedback the training effect. At last, this paper also designed the ensure factors for training system of NanJiao Hotel.
