For establishing a perfect training system, we must establish a independent, high-efficiency training organization, and defined training demand, draw up a scientific plan for training, enforced the practical of training work, evaluated and feedback the training effect. At last, this paper also designed the ensure factors for training system of NanJiao Hotel.
