As is known to all, the development gole of market economy is to coordinate the industrial relationship by inherent mechanism. However, the market regulation does not always work properly. Both developing countries and developed countries pay more attention to the important role of government's coordination for economy development. Especially in China—the largest developing country that joined WTO recently, in intensive global competition, the government undertakes more and more important responsibilities. Because this kind of regulation achieve its goal by means of all kinds of policies' performance, the corresponding rationality certainly will play an important role in economy development. Especially information industrial policies which have dominant function in developing national economy. For the above major reason, it is very important to research information industrial policies from theoretical and practical point of view. In this paper, first of all, we expound information industrial policies' status and function in the development of information industry and national economy, at the same time we pose the principle of policy formulation. Next, we classify and collect our country's present information industrial policies according to eight major categories, analyze the present policies' situation, propose advice combined with development of economy and policies. Finally, we put forward our country's evaluation system of information industrial policies and evaluation standard to ensure these policies' rationality in the process of formulation and performance.
