Competitive environments are changing at an accelerating rate, culminating in a high level of uncertainty. This growing uncertainty is the result of higher customer expectations, the dilution of borders between competitive environments and the move towards global competition. As the level of dynamics in business environments increases, the development of strategies that will differentiate the organization from its competitors becomes the key success factor. In this respect, the study of how to make a competitive strategy development has become the main focus of industrialists and researchers.This dissertation is roughly divided into three parts:Part I deals with the analysis of various theory of competition and competitive strategy and defies dynamic competitive strategy;Part II and Part III emphasizes two important contents related to dynamic competitive strategy which are dynamic competence and dynamic competitive advantage;Part IV elaborately expounds how to develop dynamic competitive strategy including positioning, environment analysis, competitor forecast, strategy design and selection.This essay is an attempt to summarize and develop the new dynamic competitive strategy theory. I hope it will be helpful to Chinese corporations' business practice and for scholars to do their research work.
